Blake Watkins is a licensed Professional Engineer and minister. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering and worked as an electrical engineer. He also supervised teams in a Fortune 100 chemical company and owned a Christian bookstore with his wife, Jennie. Blake served as a deacon and preacher, teaching biblical worldviews and creation science, using a model of Noah's ark he built himself. After two decades in engineering, he transitioned to full-time ministry, focusing on a curriculum based on Ephesians 6 for addiction recovery. He later returned to engineering, teaching adult Bible studies weekly after moving to Texarkana, Texas. Currently, he resides in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, working as a Principal Electrical Engineer for a major natural gas company. He continues to teach Sunday School and online Bible study. The couple are active in their local church and co-founded a 4-H club in their hometown. They have been married since 1978 and are blessed to be parents and grandparents.
